The Zeronine Carbon Race Frame is built using advanced composite development techniques and updated mold technology. Each frame features hand-laid Toray UV-treated carbon fiber with optimized directional layering for maximum strength, stiffness, and responsiveness. Finished in matte UV-protected black or white, this frame delivers elite performance at an ultra-light race weight—only 2.5 lbs / 1134 g for the XL (without axle).

Headset
- Expert XL Frame runs run 1 1/8" head tube.
- Pro - 3X frames run an Oversized Tapered head tube: 1 1/8” to 1 1/2” with 45° bearing recess.
Bottom Bracket
- T47 bottom bracket shell - The latest in oversized BB technology
- Includes adapters to change the T47 to a classic European threaded BB
- The frames bottom bracket shell will allow compatibility to run 24mm and 30mm spindles.
Rear End & Dropouts
- Fixed 15mm alloy through-axle
- Machined 6061-T6 alloy dropout insert (no loose washers)
- Integrated chain tensioner with Teflon-coated adjustable slide
